My passion for massage started after realizing the healing power of touch in my younger teen years trading shoulder rubs with friends and learning that I was a "natural" at it. At the age of 18, I was attuned into Reiki and continued receiving  attunements until I had my final "master practitioner" attunement at the age of 21. After that I knew that I wanted to pursue the path of massage and healing arts.

In January 2013 I attended the 600 hr Massage Therapy program at The Healing Arts Center in St.Louis, MO and graduated in December that same year. There I learned applied Anatomy and physiology,  draping and massage ethics, Swedish massage, Deep tissue,  Myofascial Release ,  and different palpation techniques. After graduating I continued my education by learning Acupressure, Foot Reflexology, and continued learning  deeper about our body's fascial system and different forms of structural bodywork techniques.

I am a human of many passions, while massage and the healing arts are very important to me, I also have deep  love for writing music, gardening, natural building techniques, cooking, dancing, exploring nature, foraging for edible and medicinal plants and fungi, and engaging in deep conversations with other people.

My clients love who I am and what I offer because of my calming presence, knowledge of the body, and intuitive connection to the work.

I am forever a student and plan on continuing my education in many other modalities to be able to further customize wellness plans for whoever I work with.
