Centered in the Needs of the Client
Centered Flow Therapeutics is dedicated to helping you find a flow in your path in health and wellbeing.
Centered in the Heart
Dakota brings knowledge of the body along with compassion and empathy into the treatment room. Providing space for all who are in need to release their tensions, find balance, and allow new energy to flow!
Centered in Rhythm
This space honors the wisdom in the rhythms of life, and understands that external rhythms have been our way of regulating the nervous system since birth. Gently held, rocked, and cared for by our parents and caregivers, soothed by their breath, heartbeat, and vocal rhythms..

Adaptive Care, Responsive Rhythms.
With over a decade of hands-on clinical experience, Dakota offers individualized, adaptable care guided by careful listening to the body and nervous system. Sessions are collaborative and responsive, designed to support the body’s natural capacity to adapt, reorganize, and heal rather than forcing change.
At the core of this work is Rhythmic Integration (RI)—a fascial- system- and nervous-system–informed manual therapy approach developed through years of clinical practice. RI uses gentle, rhythmic input like rocking and bi lateral stimulation to support regulation, movement efficiency, and long-term tissue health.
Dakota has studied the human body and facilitation skills under many teachers and continues ongoing education with the goal of becoming a Physical Therapist. This commitment informs a thoughtful, research-aware approach that bridges hands-on clinical experience with respect for the body’s intelligence.
